Planning permission has been granted for a €500,000 apartment development at 12 and 13 Hollands Park, Rheban Manor, Athy, Co. Kildare.
The development involves the construction of two new two-bedroom ground-floor apartments within the existing site, along with associated site works. The approved plans also provide for the subdivision of the rear garden to create private open space for each of the new apartments.
Vehicular access will be improved through the dishing of the existing verge or footpath to allow entry to the site. Four new off-street car parking spaces will be provided, serving both the new ground-floor apartments and the two existing first-floor apartments at the property.
The development represents a change of use from a previously approved crèche development, which was never completed. The site extends to approximately 0.06 hectares and is located within an established residential area of Athy.

The approved development is valued at €500,000 and forms part of ongoing residential infill development within the Athy area.
