Tickets for Shrek The Panto, by St Conleths Pantomime Troupe, now on sale

St Conleths Pantomime Troupe is thrilled to announce its 84th production, bringing the much-loved fairytale favourite, Shrek! The Panto, to the stage this February in Newbridge College Theatre, in association with Life Credit Union Newbridge.

Running from Tuesday, February 18 to Friday 21, this years pantomime promises laughs, music, colour, and unforgettable fun for audiences of all ages. Featuring a stellar, well-known local cast alongside a huge ensemble of talented local children, Shrek! The Panto is set to be one of the troupes most exciting productions yet.

Leading the creative team is Director Claire Regan, with Musical Director Lisa Nagle, Choreographer Brenda Malone Gilroy, and Assistant Choreographer Shauna Walsh. The 2026 production team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to create a vibrant, high-energy show packed with comedy, song, dance and plenty of panto magic. Audiences can look forward to standout performances from: Gerry OToole as the lovable ogre Shrek, Tayna Gallagher as the ever-chatty Donkey, Emma Vaughan as Princess Fiona, Michael F. Malone as the hilarious Dame Franny and many more familiar local faces, supported by an enthusiastic cast of performers of all ages from the community.

This year’s production is dedicated to the memory of Padraigh Munnelly, a dear friend and former member of the troupe. Padraigh's contribution, kindness, and love for pantomime will be fondly remembered, and he will be deeply missed by all involved.
