Woman's ex-partner 'keyed' her car and broke front window at her house - Kildare court claim

She also claims she was punched and kicked

There is increasing concern over the future of Naas Courthouse

The front window of a woman’s house was broken by her ex-partner.

This was the claim made by the woman at Naas District Court.

She further alleged he “keyed” her car and kicked the vehicle, causing a dent.”

She said she reported the incident to the gardaí and she claimed there was continuous harassment and he  threatened to kill her.

“He pulled my hair, boxed me and kicked me,” the woman said.

Judge Desmond Zaidan granted her an interim protection order and he put her in contact with a dedicated domestic violence support service.
