A new bus is promised for weary  students of NUIM travelling from Celbridge  and Maynooth. Dublin Bus will provide an additional bus to operate through Celbridge at 8.15a.m. to the 67 Maynooth terminus. This extra service is being provided in a bid to address current overcrowding on the  8.30a.m. bus from Celbridge to Maynooth. Deputy Emmet Stagg was contacted by a number of residents in Celbridge in relation to the fact that the 8.30a.m. bus from Celbridge to Maynooth was regularly full and the Bus did not stop at Bus Stops on the Maynooth Road, leaving passengers stranded, particularly students trying to access Maynooth College, and people trying to get to work.
