A massive retail property in Kildare has entered the market and it is home to some of Kildare's most thriving businesses, including the only Harey Norman shop in the county. Newhall Retail Park in Naas has been put up for sale by Savills Commercial Investments for a cool €21.5 million. The retail park is also home to B&Q, Right Price Tiles, Halfords, Carpetright and PC World. It has an area of about 15,000 sq metres and also has planning permission for an additional three new warehouses. It can also be rented for €1.7 million per annum. The retail park is located just outside of Naas, between the Newbridge roundabout and the Bundle of Sticks roundabout and is a thriving business district of the town.
