A visitor to Kildare Village shopping outlet has suggested that more toilets for women are needed. The customer went on TripAdvisor to recommend more facilities for females as well as young mothers. The shopping venue currently has its Christmas decorations which include a large reindeer and a sleigh that kids can sit on. The mystery shopper, who visited in the past week, said on the online review: "The shopping area is beautifully designed and landscaped and kept very clean. "The toilets are nice and even with the volume of people they try to keep them clean. Perhaps a few more needed as this wasn't a busy day for the Village yet there was a queue for the ladies and baby changing room." Another reviewer said: "We picked up some awesome deals here and the staff were really lovely. Fantastic facilities and a brilliant range of shops."
It was reported at the weekend that revenue at Kildare Village are set to soar by up to 28% this year as 4 million people come through the gates on an annual basis.
There are currently 90 stores at the luxury retail village, and with 90% of the space to be occupied by the end of this year.
