A number of two-bed townhouses at Ferns Bridge, Monasterevin have come on the market with prices starting at just €179,950.
A small batch of just four two-beds has come on stream at the scheme built by developer Masonbrook Holdings. The homes, measuring 861 sq ft, are located 1km outside the town. The price includes a fully fitted shaker-style kitchen with a cooker and hob. There is laminate timber flooring in the entrance hall and sitting room, tiling in the downstairs kitchen and wheelchair-accessible WC. A Stira stairs leads to an attic that has potential to be converted to a third bedroom.
The homes are a five-minute walk from the train station.
