Water supply disruptions for parts of Maynooth and Kildare Town today due to works

By Kim O'Leary Some parts of Maynooth and Kildare Town will experience disruption to their water supply today with works being carried out. Kildare County Council has said that essential maintenance works are being carried out by a crew on Station Road in Kildare Town beginning at 9.30am and it is hoped that the works will be completed by the afternoon. Meanwhile, in Maynooth works are being carried out to repair a burst water main on the Straffan Road commencing from 10am. Several areas which are expected to be affected by the works include Barberstown Road, Old Town Mill Road, Ballygoran Road, Toolstwon Road, Pickering Forest, Taghadoe and Maynooth Business Campus may experience a loss of supply.
