Major development planned for Monasterevin

A major housing development is on the pipeline for Monasterevin.

Planning has been sought by Targeted Investment Opportunities PLC for 112 houses at Brocan Wood, Cowpastures Lane.

The company are seeking to make amendments to the planned location of the creche.

Additionally the company want to make changes to the original plans for the red line to enable a new storm water pipe to connect to Dublin Road via Monasterevin GAA and Woodview Estate.
