‘How bad do they have to get ?’

Repairs need to be carried to the road ramps at Sallins Road in Naas.

“How bad do they have to get ?,” asked Carmel Kelly. She told a Naas Municipal District committee meeting that there are "serious potholes” in the area.

Kildare County Council said it will arrange for an assessment of the ramps and “the necessary repair works will be progressed.”

However this will depend on the “availability of resources.”

In the interim, the area will continue to be monitored to ensure it remains safe for all road users, KCC added prompting Cllr Kelly to remark that they’re being monitored “for some time.”
