New boss of Kildare Town Tidy Towns elected at AGM
Willie Redmond officially handed the chair of Kildare Town Tidy Towns to Mary O'Connor at last night's AGM in Solas Bhride.
The local Committee and volunteers is still basking in its success after being declared national runner-up in the IBAL Anti Litter League - following last year's stunning victory.
There was a large turnout at the AGM and everybody is looking forward to the coming year.
One of the main priorities is to secure higher points in the National Tidy Towns competition.
