Ireland produced a stunning 3-0 display against Wales on Saturday to get their European Championships up and running.

Naj Razi scored from a penalty-rebound before Ike Orazi netted his second goal of the tournament. Romeo Akachukwu wrapped it up with a stunning 30-yard strike.

The win means they head into a clash with the hosts, Hungary, tonight needing another victory to progress out of Group A and into the Quarter Finals.

The teams have already faced each other this year in friendly action with Ireland winning one game 1-0 and drawing the other 0-0.

Like Ireland, Hungary also suffered defeat to Poland (3-5) and claimed a 3-0 victory over Wales but the Hungarians will be backed by vocal home support as they too seek a place in the last eight.
