Naas concede walkover in UPMC IHC final

Leixlip received a walk over and are crowned IHC winners
Naas GAA has informed Kildare Co. Board they are unable to field a team in Saturday’s UPMC IHC final, due to be played at Manguard Park, Hawkfield (11am throw-in and therefore concede the game.
Leilxip will be be declared IFC champions while they are also promoted to senior for 2027, something that was going to happen either way due to Naas (2nds) being in the final.
An email from Kildare GAA Co. Board reads as follows:
