Gardaí in Kildare nabbed a very reckless driver this week during rush hour traffic.
The motorist was seen taking part in a video call while navigating through busy traffic and school children.
A fixed charge of €120 was issued to the talkative driver and if it's not paid, a court appointment will be made.
