Car park could be provided in this Kildare village at 'zero cost'

A call has been made for a car park in Ballymore Eustace.

Cllr Evie Sammon said it is difficult to find a parking space at school times and besides, the population has increased.

She said there are three possible sites - one privately owned and two that will come into Kildare County Council’s ownership soon.

She added she hopes the car park would be secured at “zero cost.”
