There were four patients on trolleys at Naas Hospital today, having been admitted through the accident and emergency department.

Only one hospital in the eastern region has less overcrowding - Tallaght Hospital, where there were two people on trolleys.

There were five patients on trolleys at Portlaoiose Hospital and none at Tullamore.
