Woman 'sends son to kick football against neighbour's windows and car', Kildare court hears

A woman sends her son to kick a football against her windows and car.

This was the allegation made by a female neighbour at a Naas District Court sitting.

The neighbour sought court protection against the woman and she alleged that the woman has verbally abused her and her daughter.

She alleged the woman had installed cameras pointing at her car and further claimed that the woman, who was not present or represented for the hearing, has followed her.

She further claimed the woman “talks negatively about us to neighbours in the estate.”

Judge Miriam Walsh granted an interim protection order and adjourned the matter.
