20 new homes planned for Straffan

A total of 20 houses and apartments are being planned in Straffan village.

Planning permission has been applied for various dwellings including five apartments, 10 three-bedroom homes, four two-bedroom homes and four one-bedroom apartments.

The location of the proposed development is beside the Mace service station on Station Road.

Planning has also applied for the removal of existing derelict structures on the site earmarked for the homes.

Also in the designs are three retail units and 16 car parking spaces.
