The daughter of a man told her mother that he was looking at pornography.
That was the claim made at a family law hearing at Naas District Court.
The woman claimed that the man, who was not present or represented, is bullying her and follows her around the house “making accusations.”

She added: “He says he is going to get custody and take the house.”
The woman claimed he was looking at pornography for over a year.
She said her daughter told her this. She contacted Tusla, the Child and Family Agency and the gardaí.
She also said she is seeking a judicial separation and her husband “doesn’t want to hear of it.”
Judge Desmond Zaidan granted an interim protection order and adjourned the case to November 10 for a fuller hearing.
